Coocking classes in Tuscany

I will share my intimate knowledge about the regional cuisine of my area, I run a successful catering business near Certaldo, between Florence and Siena, famous for traditional tuscan delicacies.
My gastronomic experience developed in the family tradition, I learned to cook from my Sicilian mother and aunt, and refined my culinary skills expanding the repertoire, including an extensive array of regional cuisines.
