- 4 whipped egg whites
- 500 gr mascarpone
- 5 egg yolks
- cocoa powder
- sugar (about 5 tablespoons)
- coffee
- sponge finger biscuits
- chocolate chips

Whip sugar and egg yolks until you get a soft mousse. Slowly add the mascarpone, and then the whipped egg whites, very gently.
In a large and deep dish, dispose the biscuits and sprinkle them with coffee. They have to be neither soaked nor still dry.
Spread the cream over the biscuits, sprinkle with cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Repeat the procedure once again in order to have a two-layer dessert.

Keep refrigerated. Serve cool.
